Authentic Cole Haan products in the Dominican Republic are sold by DISTRIBUCIONES REGIONALES DISREGRD SAS “Cole Haan República Dominicana”, and are only available at our Cole Haan stores and at www.colehaan.do

There are many fake websites that mirror the appearance of official Cole Haan websites or create the impression that they belong to Cole Haan Dominican Republic. There are also fake social media pages and ads with links to these fake sites.

Many of these websites copy photos and content directly from official websites. They sell counterfeit products but often do not ship any product after you have paid, and then they are used to obtain your credit card information and personal information.

Cole Haan República Dominicana does not have an online Outlet Website, nor do other international distributors or Cole Haan LLC. Cole Haan República Dominicana does not announce store closings or liquidation sales on social media.

Warning: the fact that one or more of the following points may be true about a website does NOT necessarily mean that it is an authorized website or a Cole Haan retailer:

• The website's domain name contains the words "Cole Haan"
• The website appears in a search engine result
• The website links to www.colehaan.do or other official sites
• The website has the look and feel of the Cole Haan brand
• The website uses photographs or product images of Cole Haan
• The website claims to be an official Cole Haan site
• The website claims to offer discounted Cole Haan products

Counterfeit Products

Cole Haan República Dominicana cares deeply about the quality, craftsmanship, and authenticity of our products. Counterfeiting is highly illegal, as counterfeit products do not undergo inspection processes and often fail to meet safety, health, and wage standards, including child labor and human rights laws. Counterfeiting has been linked to organized crime, child labor, and terrorism, and can also harm the economy through lost revenue, jobs, and taxes.

Brand Protection and Anti-Counterfeiting Efforts

To help protect the Cole Haan brand and our customers from counterfeit products, we work with law enforcement and customs authorities worldwide to stop the shipment and sale of counterfeit goods. We also monitor online and offline channels for counterfeit merchandise.

We do not respond to requests to authenticate products or identify authorized dealers. Please note that if an offer or price sounds too good to be true, it is probably a counterfeit product. We do not sell our products in flea markets, through street vendors, or at mall kiosks.

Reporting Fake Websites and Counterfeits

We appreciate any information you can share to help us in our efforts to combat fake websites by reporting it to our customer service team. Please provide as much information as possible, including the URL location where you purchased or saw the Cole Haan product, the items purchased, your email address, and contact information. It would also be helpful to share your order confirmation from the seller. We will only use your email address to submit and investigate your report.
