Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

 

• Present a legible invoice, photocopy, or printed scan within 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
• Article exchange applies due to manufacturing defects or size changes.
• The product for exchange must be in perfect condition, with the tag and the sole in perfect condition and unworn.
• No exchanges or returns are accepted for socks and used shoe cleaning materials.
• No exchanges are accepted for special merchandise, offers, or discounts unless the items are defective.
• Items purchased in other countries are not eligible for exchange or return at stores in the Dominican Republic.
• Refunds are issued for defective products and products purchased online.
• Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue upon presentation.
• The price used as a reference when making an exchange or return will be the price at which the item was invoiced.
