Shipping Policy

     SHIPPING POLICIES

  • For orders placed before 4 pm in Santo Domingo, products will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be delivered within 24 hours in Santo Domingo. For orders going to the rest of the country, delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours after the package has been picked up from the store by the affiliated courier company.
  • If your purchase payment is confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, delivery will be available starting from the next business day after your payment confirmation.
  • We do not offer international shipping; only within the Dominican Republic.
  • All our shipments have a cost of RD$350 to any part of the country.
