Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

- Present a legible invoice, photocopy, or printed scan within 30 calendar days from the date of issue.

- Item exchange applies for factory defects or size changes.

- The product for exchange must be in perfect condition with its tag and the sole in perfect, unused condition.

- No exchanges or returns are accepted for used socks and shoe cleaning materials.

- No exchanges are accepted for special merchandise, offers, or discounted items unless they are defective.

- Items purchased in other countries are not eligible for exchange or return at branches in the Dominican Republic.

- Refunds are issued for defective products and online purchases.

- Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue upon presentation.

- The price used as a reference when making an exchange or return will be the price at which the item was invoiced.
